Lost or Stolen ATM for VISA Debit Card

If you are reporting a lost or stolen ATM or VISA Debit Card, please contact us immediately during regular business hours at 217-253-4711 or after hours at 1-844-202-5333.  You can also turn your ATM or VISA Debit Card off  if you have misplaced it, then turn it back on again when the card is located via  our TNB Mobile Banking App.

Your statements are available via email and signing up for E-Statements is easy. Choose from any of the three following ways to sign-up:
1. Go to User Services and sign up there.

3. Come in and speak with a customer service representative.
